A Lady’s Touch Inc. are about creating a story for buyers to fall in love with. The client was living in the home (103 STANNARDVILLE) with a dog and children. We had to rearrange existing furniture and source rental furniture as well. We used the colors we knew the clients would like based on the existing decor choices. However, we were responsible for sourcing accessories and furniture to complete each room and showcase the potential in each room. This house sold in less than a week for over asking as well.
